Mid 19th century, blue J.P. marks, the painting probably by Dartes Freres
Each domed cover surmounted by a large flame finial resting in a conical surround above the paneled floral ground, the pierced gallery as variant acanthus S-scrolls and cornucopiae centering harebells, above a conforming gadrooned bowl, supported on a central stem with gilt acanthus terminal and three gilt addorsed monopodia lion feet, all on a stepped trefoil base
