A cafe-au-lait famille verte fluted saucer-dish, Kangxi (1662-1722)
with a medallion enclosing peony and chrysanthemum sprays, encircled by birds and butterflies alternating with pink, chrysanthemum and prunus sprays, below a cross-hatched pattern, the reverse with floral sprigs reserved on a cafe-au-lait ground, underglaze blue conch-shell mark -- 5¼in. (13.3cm.) diam.; a square dish, with a bird perched on a peony spray, Tianqi; a blue and white square dish, painted with a butterfly above flowers and rockwork, early 17th century; a blanc-de-chine libation cup, 17th 18th century; a handled chocolate cup, with lappet cartouches enclosing figures and pagodas in landscape reserved on an iron-red foliate ground, above lappet and classic scroll borders -- 2 3/8in. (6cm.) high. (5)
