A FLEMISH (LIÈGE) FLINTLOCK BLUNDERBUSS-PISTOL
circa 1820
With brass belled moulded barrel fitted with spring-bayonet (the point chipped), brass box-lock action engraved with trophies-of-arms, thumbpiece safety-catch also locking the steel, figured walnut butt (small cracks and shrinkage), and engraved sliding trigger-guard.
