Accompanied by the original Tiffany & Co. leather-covered fitted box.

Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture as 1946 and its subsequent sale on November 27th of the same year.

According to our research there are circa 60 examples of the reference 600 known to the market. This watch is unusual as most were made with diamond-set dials, however the extract confirms the watch was manufactured with applied silvered indices.
