Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture of the movement as 1928, encased in 1937 and its subsequent sale on October 18th of the following year.

According to our research the present watch has never before appeared at auction. This represents only the second example of the reference 640 known to the market.
