Of rectangular form with hinged lid, the top and sides covered with gul-o bulbul designs against a gold-speckled ground, the top within thin border of repeated leaf motif within small circles, around the edges of the lid a band of meandering vine on black ground, the underside red with panel of gold floral vine, with two suspension loops on either side, one with chain attached, the front with hinged clasp
