Two kagamibuta netsuke, signed, 19th Century
with a polished iron disc decorated in gold and iroe takazogan with Benten in flowing robes standing behind Ebisu seated and about to cut up a fish, signed Tenmin; the second with a coating of shibuichi and similarily worked, depicting the Feudal Governor of the Bizen Province, Kojima no Takanori inscribing a message of hope on the trunk of a cherry tree, signed Ichimin -- the first 1¾in. (4.5cm.) (2)
