The Gondolo Calendario reference 5135, presented in 2005, features a brand new calibre 324/205 movement. It was the 21st basic calibre in the repertoire of Patek Philippe movements at the time, of which 6 were designed for pocket watches and 15 for wristwatches.
At the heart of this movement, the patented two-arm Gyromax balance is replaced by a four-arm design with only four movable weights for simplified adjustments and offers greater torsional rigidity.
