a long-bearded Chinese man with a scroll from which a dragon emerges, signed Shigemasa; a rabbit and tortoise, signed; a washerwoman, signed Shoshosai; Fukurokujyu with an open scroll, signed Masayuki; three painters making the finishing touches to a large statue of a standing Nyo-o, signed Tomochika; a young dancer, details stained, signed; Tobosaku standing holding a peach; a small person carrying a larger than life gourd; a long-necked ghost behind a smiling figure; a man beside a large lacquer box; the first 1½in.
