A large 19th century deck watch for both the watch and dog watch
with 4¾ in. (12.1 cm.) white enamel face with the hours in Roman numerals, outer dial in Arabic numerals in 5-minute increments, and the inner dial in Arabic numerals detailing the watches, including the "dog watches", the dial signed Invt. et Feeit and numbered 208 with the marking for the "dog watches" below. Fusee movement with simple plates, slow-fast adjustment, within a circular brass casement with hinged front and back, within a green leather lined fitted mahogany case with latch.
