Good appearance, one label stained in lot 419. Lots 418 and 419 levels 1cms below base of capsule. Lot 420 level 2.5cms below base of capsule
Tasting Note: The two premier crus from Vosne-Romanee are outstanding wines. The Vosne-Romanee Cros Parantoux is more tannic and less charming than Les Brulees, but equally concentrated and more masculine, with considerable muscle, body, and power. There are gobs of black fruits in the nose, and the wine finishes with firmness and tightness. It needs at least 5-6 years of cellaring and should keep for 15+ years. Robert Parker.
