Decorated in iron-red and gilt on underglaze blue with two shaped panels enclosing a leaping karashishi below a ho-o-bird in flight, divided by a square within a roundel containing a flower basket, reserved on a dense foliate ground, the waisted neck with horizontal cartouches divided by stylized flower-heads below the flat everted rim
