A DERUTA BELLA DONNA CHARGER
CIRCA 1500-30
Decorated in blue and gold lustre, the centre with a young lady flanked by flowers, within a narrow laurel garland at the well, the border lustred with a band of bold interlocking foliate motifs edged in blue, the footrim pierced for suspension (chipping and flaking to rims, further slight flaking and wear to surface, D-shaped section between 6 and 8 o'clock repaired, flaking at centre with small areas of over-painting)
