Painted with a young man in a plumed helmet, the reverse with a lady in half profile to the right in a high collared blue dress, each within a blue, green and yellow strapwork cartouches, on a blue ground with scrolling flowers and foliage between yellow line rims (three glaze chips to her face and neck)
