Meiji period
Decorated in gold and silver hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, and inlaid in Shibayama style with cranes among chrysanthemum, metal mounted rim and lining, wood base, 16 cm. high; and two Shibayama style card holders decorated with birds among flowering plants, one applied with the monogram 'MC', fine cracks, 11.5 cm. long (3)
