Likely from the left side of a throne, with a Horus falcon wearing the double crown standing on an altar or pedestal decorated with a pectoral with flanking string ties, a scarab centered within the pendant, a cross above, a vulture to the right with outstretched wings, wearing a pschent-crown, standing on a chalice embellished with a rosette and covered with a folded cloth, a band above with a row of stars, a panel to the right with the shaft of a staff wound with a ribbon or the body of a serpent
