Originally fastened to a mummy shroud, the upper register showing the deceased on a lion-form bier, with four canopic jars below, the second register with five mummiform deities facing left, flanked by Hathor heads, with two vertical columns below in four registers with deities antithetically arranged, the upper two registers each with two mummiform deities, the third register with winged goddesses, and the fourth with mummiform jackal-headed deities, with rosettes along the perimeter, brightly painted in blue, pink, red, black and white
