The panel narrating the Presentation and the Boarding of the Mother of God in the Temple; in the foreground her parents, Sts. Joachim and Anna, flanked by two groups of maidens, gesturing to their daughter, the latter having ascended the staircase, meeting the High Priest, bending to bless her, at the top of the building the Mother of God enthroned, conversing with an angel, the hand of God emerging from the starry and radiating heavens on the top left corner, sending his blessing through the coiling clouds; the dense architectural setting rendered in green with red roofs, the ornamentation of the buildings shown in white or grisalle scrolls, selected details coloured in yellow
