Comprising: 18 French dessert knives with silver-gilt blades, mark of FC over E with a grasshopper between, Paris, First Standard, 1809/19, the thread-edged handles with engraved monogrammed shield; 8 Edwardian dessert knives en suite by Francis Higgins, London, 1907; 10 early 19th century French cheese knives with steel blades en suite to the previous; 8 crested Fiddle, Thread and Shell pattern dessert forks and 7 dessert spoons en suite, mark of George Smith, London, late 18th century; 3 more dessert forks and 5 more dessert spoons by Francis Higgins, London, 1908, without crests
