NEW KINGDOM, 1550-1069 B.C.
The fragmentary cone with an impressed circular stamp on the face with hieroglyphs, 5 5/8 in. (14.2 cm.) long; a European bronze socketed axe, of tapered square section with side loop handle and collared mouth, Late Bronze Age, circa 1200-800 B.C., 5 1/8 in. (13 cm.) long; a large grey veined stone hammer axe-head with constriction for binding attachment, 7 in. (18 cm.) long; and two other grey stone axe-heads, 5¼ in. (13.3 cm.) long max., circa 3rd millennium B.C. (5)
