Persian manuscript on gold-sprinkled cream paper, 6ff. plus two fly-leaves, each with 7ll. of elegant black nasta'liq, laid down between gold and polychrome rules on gold-sprinkled paper of various colours, opening folio with delicate gold and polychrome illuminated headpiece, colophon signed Shah Mahmud and dated 953, some smudging, in brown morocco with gilt stamped central medallion, doublures of marbled paper
