Each shaped circular, with gadrooned border, the Crespell plates with a Duke's armorials on one side and a Marquess' crest and coronet on the other, the Irish plates with a crest and Garter Motto beneath a Duke's coronet, all with later engraved arms of a cardinal on the field, each marked on reverse, also with scratch weights and numbers 10, 21, 29, 43, 46, 49-52, 55-56, one plate with maker's mark of Thomas Bolton, 1698
