Probably the Netherlands or Germany, circa 1910
Set on a stepped domed circular base, the plain cylindrical stem terminating in a ball finial and fitted with eight plain and slightly curved branches and one matching branch functioning as a servant light, each terminating in a candleholder with a spoon-shaped waxpan formed as oilburner, all arms are movable and detachable
