The dish painted with four ladies seated at table taking tea in parkland and with a blackamoor standing nearby holding a kettle before a flaming brazier, all above a puce scrollwork support with pendant foliage, the shaped rim with scattered flower sprigs; the plate of Warren Hastings type, the moulded border with three scroll and foliage cartouches painted with landscapes, divided by moulded diaper pattern panels
14 in. (35.5 cm.) and 9½ in. (24.1 cm.) diameter.
