the first carved with a Sarumawashi, his monkey and his attendant, surrounded by children and below an open winged phoenix, the screen held up by a kneeling monkey on each corner; the vase with silver and copper inlay with a flock of Imperial cranes in flight, Hattori mark to the base -- 8 and 7in.
