each decorated in underglaze blue, the first a sake ewer with a dragon amidst clouds; a dish with a pair of phoenix to the centre and a band of scrolling and leafy lotus blossom below the rim, a Dutch silver engraved handle dated 1865; a sake bottle with flowering plum above ribbed circumferential lines to the lower half -- 7½in.
