Gilt-finished chain fusée movement with verge escapement, turned cylindrical pillars, pierced and engraved cock, white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic five minute divisions, gold hands set with seed pearls, the finely detailed case with painted enamel plaque to the reverse depicting a gentleman playing music to his lover in the countryside, blue decorative rim, the whole with raised floral border decorated with seed pearls, green enamel and red gem, with a later custom made gold and glazed outer case, dial and movement signed
