Gilt-finished lever movement, wolf's tooth winding, bi-metallic compensation balance, inscribed gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Breguet numerals, gold case with translucent gray-blue enamel over engine-turning and foliate design to the bezel and back, back centered by a rose-cut diamond in platinum filigree surround set with rose-cut diamonds, case, dial and movement signed, corresponding chain with cylindrical tapered links further enhanced by translucent gray-blue enamel over engine turning
