Dedication with engraved coat-of-arms, 16 engraved plates only (of 25), engraved illustrations, initials (some spotting and staining to text, some staining to most plates, other plates with mainly marginal stain). Contemporary reverse calf decorated in blind (corners rubbed). FIRST EDITION.
