The baluster body painted with two shaped panels of a crane perched on the roof of a pavilion borne on crashing waves amidst clouds and rockwork, beneath the ribbed trumpet neck painted with two similarly shaped panels containing scenes of officials and attendants, the panels joined at the corners by small scrolls and blossoms, the base with a double circle in underglaze blue
