A history of the Prophets, Persian manuscript on cream paper, 242ff. plus 2 fly-leaves, each folio with 17ll. of black nasta'liq, important words and phrases picked out in red, catchwords, text panels outlined in gold, black and blue, first folio with gold and polychrome illuminated headpiece surrounding the title in white reserved against gold ground, preceding bifolio with two similarly illuminated shamsas, colophon dated 985, small areas of staining, in brown morocco with gilt stamped large central panels, doublures with découpé medallion and spandrels on blue, black, orange and green ground, some losses
