Commentary on the Qur'an, Arabic manuscript on paper, 404ff. plus 2 fly-leaves, each folio with 35ll. of black naskh, important words and phrases picked out in red, text between red and blue rules, catchwords, opening folio with gold and polychrome illuminated headpiece framing the bismallah, frontispiece with title in silver on gold and polychrome illuminated panel and inscription rosette, colophon with date of Friday 18 Rabi'II 1003 and later owner's inscription in black pen, some folios loose in binding, areas of waterstaining, in brown morocco with flap, with central gilt stamped medallion, areas of repair
