Maker's mark of Hendrik Nieuwenhuys, Amsterdam, 1777/1779 and with later duty mark for 1807 and 1853
The square-shaped spreading and stepped bases cast and moulded with laurel leafage and laurel wreaths, rising to fluted columns with corinthian sockets
