An unusual Dutch silver tray

The oval-shaped tray with slightly spreading pierced gallery designed with entwined bands and a laurel garland held by ring-shaped mounts, the inside applied with lily motifs, on four realistically-shaped ball- and claw supports, the two handles centered by flower vases flanked at each side by a curling snake touching the gallery
