Compare the nearly identical carving of the petal tip designs separating each lobe of the present lot with those found on a Mughal- style white jade bowl, dated to the Qing dynasty, in the collection of the National Palace Museum, illustrated in Exquisite Beauty - Islamic Jades, Taipei, 2007, p. 207, no. 254.
