The two smiling boys shown standing side by side on a rockwork base, one holding a woven covered box, the other holding the long stems of a lotus bud and leaf which shields their heads, the belt securing his robes hung in back with a double gourd tied with a lingzhi sprig, with a tiny two-character seal, San Song, carved on the back of the base
