All humoristically modelled after a fable by Ivan Krylov (1769-1844) 'Kvartet', the figures depicting a bear playing the bass, a donkey and a goat playing the cello and a monkey playing the violin, marked under bases, bear with traces of red Lomonosov Factory mark, donkey with traces of green Lomonosov factory mark, bear and donkey painted in grey with '77' and goat and donkey painted in grey with '83'
