Of dome form, simulating a seamed sack, with a small boy, shovel in hand, clambering over the top and forming the handle, one side with large Cyrillic inscription 'EL' for E. Lanceray, marked with a foundry cachet dated 1875 and Cyrillic initials 'F Sh' for F. Chopin foundry
