AN ORMOLU-MOUNTED SEVRES STYLE TURQUOISE-GROUND FOURTEEN-LIGHT CHANDELIER

The balustrade stem painted with cartouches of flowers, surmounted by ormolu blooms including seed pods and anemones, all above fourteen similar foliate candelarms and further ormolu flowers, the lower body with an inverted dome painted after Boucher with three panels of putti emblematic of Astronomy, The Fine Arts and Music, suspending a bulbous tear-drop pendant painted with flower sprays
