I spotted, natural history plates to supplement lightly spotted, occasional light offsetting and browning.) Slightly later calf, gilt spines (extremities lightly rubbed, covers detached). Provenance: Nicholas Vansittart, first Baron Bexley (1766-1851), politician (presentation inscriptions 'with the author's best compliments').
