Sugata [configuration]: honzukuri katana with sakizori Kitae [forging pattern]: itame with vivid shirake utsuri
Hamon [tempering pattern]: gunome with ashi, yo, togariba, of ko-nie, the boshi midare-komi komaru
Nagasa [length]:61.5cm.
Koshirae [mounting]: katana mounting with horizontally ribbed brown lacquered scabbard, fittings of horn and ivory, round iron tosho-type tsuba pierced with a single plum blossom in kage-sukashi
