George Victor Drogo Montagu, 8th Duke of Manchester (1853-1892), was the son of William Drogo Montagu, 7th Duke of Manchester and Countess Louise von Alten. He married Maria Consuelo Iznaga Clemens in New York in 1876 and they had a son and twin daughters. George Montagu was MP for Huntingdonshire and took his seat in the House of Lords in 1890 when he succeeded his father in the dukedom. He died in 1892, aged 39.
