Woodcut device on titles, 2 folded printed tables (upper margin closely shaved with partial loss of headline of first table, small burn loss touching a few letters on leaves m3, m4, light mainly marginal staining). Contemporary limp vellum, stiffeners from a 15th or early 16th-century liturgical manuscript (upper fore-corner of front wrapper cockled). Provenance: Richard Rhys, 9th Baron Dynevor (1935-2008).
