With colichemarde blade etched and gilt at the forte, including the owner's crest, impaled coronet and motto 'Ingento et Cantore', and iron hilt decorated with rococo designs of trophies-of-war chiselled in low relief and parcel-gilt

Provenance
Major-General Sir Denis Pack, K.C.B. (7 October 1775-24 July 1823). This sword possibly a trophy of the British Campaign in Flanders.
