The central white deity with an innumerable number of heads and limbs standing over various animals and deities on a lotus throne, holding various attributes including a Dharma wheel and the gold handle of a parasol, her flesh covered in eyes, wearing brightly-colored robes and various adornments, surrounded by monks with other celestial beings above and various deities below
