EARLY 17TH CENTURY
Of planot-convex section, the lower part bulbous and embossed with prominent cabled ribs, the upper section embossed with a cabled panel filled with a grotesque mask, the edges bound with strips of iron retained by decorated bronze rivets, fitted with hinged engraved iron top with spring cut-off and spirally fluted nozzle, and the reverse fitted with iron belt hook
