With finely engraved rectangular shaped movement, man's head engraved on the top plate, cylinder escapement, plain three arm balance, the octagonal shaped cuvette with blue and gilt geometric pattern enamel, light blue and white enamelled borders, white enamelled dial with Roman numerals, Arabic quarter hour marks, the lyre shaped case with blue, black and white champleve enamel design to the band, similar design enamelled pattern to the rim of the back and to the shaped foot, the reverse with translucent blue enamel, the front cover with seed pearl set rim and bezel, surrounded by a rosette and gold paillons decoration, with a painted enamel scene above depicting three young children playing blind man's buff in the countryside, accompanied by an orginal red leather and gold tooled decorative travelling case, unsigned
