Sculpted in sunk relief, preserving a deity striding to the left, likely a personification of a topographical location, wearing a pleated, belted kilt, a broad collar and a striated lappet wig, his long false beard curling out at its tip, likely once holding a mat topped with offerings, a partially-preserved ankh sign hanging below, the deity positioned below a band representing the heavenly vault, a hieroglyphic inscription partially preserved below the band, another register below topped with a similar band representing the heavenly vault above a hieroglyphic inscription, likely referring to the city of Thebes, a vertical string of hieroglyphs to the right formed from alternating ankh signs ("life") and djed pillars ("stability")
