A wood netsuke of a sculptor carving a Nio head, inlaid eyes and ivory teeth, signed Jugyoku -- 1 3/8in. (3.5cm.) high; a wood netsuke of Benkei reading a scroll (Kanjincho), decorated in gold and black hiramaki-e, with ivory and shell inlay, signed Kosai -- 1 7/8in. (4.7cm.) high; an ivory netsuke of Ashinaga and Tenaga fighting a monkey, signed Gyokuzan -- 4¾in. (12cm.) high; a tusk netsuke carved with a charging boar, signed Yoshitomo -- 3 3/8in.
