Comprising the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 18th, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 27th and 28th juz', Arabic manuscript on paper, each juz' with 20-22ff. with 9ll. of elegant black naskh, opening bifolio with gold rosette verse markers, the rest with gold roundel verse markers outlined with black, marginal hizb markers in gold naskh, some other marginal markers in gold naskh, first line of each juz' in gold thuluth outlined in black, sura headings in gold naskh, juz' numbers in gold naskh sometimes added in the margins, waterstaining affecting a few sections, some reinforcement in the lower margins, slight staining and minor losses, in original brown morocco bindings with flap and central stamped medallion and borders with intricate arabesque and knot motifs
